How We Started
We started as Airbnb property owners ourselves. Like many hosts, we tried hiring property managers to handle the day-to-day operations. But after cycling through multiple companies, we kept running into the same problems: poor communication, missed opportunities, and a general lack of care for our properties.
Eventually, we had enough. We fired our property managers and decided to do it ourselves. We learned everything about short-term rental management, from professional photography and listing optimization to dynamic pricing and guest communication. The results spoke for themselves.
Friends and family noticed our success and asked us to manage their properties too. Word spread quickly, and what started as managing our own Airbnb has grown into a full property management operation serving homeowners across the Greater Toronto Area.
