When will you contact my referral?
Within 24 hours. We'll introduce Nurture, explain our services, and offer them a free rental estimate with no obligation.
Will my referral know I referred them?
Yes. We'll mention that you recommended us. Most people appreciate the personal introduction, and it helps build trust from the start.
When do I get my $500?
You receive $500 once the person you referred signs up with Nurture and receives their first booking. This typically happens within 2 to 4 weeks of onboarding.
How will I receive the $500?
We'll contact you directly to arrange payment once your referral's first booking is confirmed. We can send it via e-Transfer.
Can I refer more than one person?
Yes. There's no limit. Each successful referral earns you another $500. Refer five people and that's $2,500.
What if my referral isn't ready yet?
No problem. We'll give them a free rental estimate and answer any questions. If they decide to move forward later, your referral credit still applies.
Do I need to be a Nurture client to earn the reward?
No. Anyone can refer a property owner and earn the $500 reward. You don't need to be a current client.
What does Nurture charge for management?
